Data Usage & Purpose

Process data for secure logins, personalized recommendations, booking inquiries, and fraud prevention. We also use diagnostic logs to fix crashes and improve performance. NU does not sell your personal data to advertisers.

Payments & Analytics

All app store purchases are handled directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not store full card details. We use privacy-respecting analytics to track screen views and feature usage without invasive tracking.

Security & Sharing

We employ SSL/TLS encryption in transit and encrypted storage. Data is shared only with trusted providers like cloud hosts and auth services who meet our strict confidentiality and security benchmarks.

Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account anytime via Profile → Account Settings. Upon deletion, personal profile data and itineraries are removed from our primary databases.
